This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process and protect information in relation to our Services and our website.

For the purposes of UK data protection law, LTV Rocket Ltd is the data controller of personal data described in this policy (except where we act as a data processor on behalf of our Clients, as set out below).

Purpose: To analyse and improve our website performance and user experience.

3. Information We Process in Detail

3.1 Client’s Customer Data (As a Data Processor)

When our Clients use our Services, they provide us with access to their first-party data concerning their own customers. In this role, LTV Rocket acts as a Data Processor on behalf of our Clients, who are the Data Controllers. The data we process includes:

  • Transactional Data: anonymised or pseudonymised order history, purchase values, product details and timestamps.
  • Behavioural Data: website or app engagement signals, such as page views, clicks, add-to-cart events and session information.
  • CRM/CDP Attributes: relevant customer segments or tags provided by our Clients.

Our contractual agreements with our Clients (including a Data Processing Agreement compliant with Article 28 of the UK GDPR) govern our processing of this data. We process this information to build predictive LTV models and provide our core advertising optimisation Services to that specific Client.

3.2 Client & Prospect Data (As a Data Controller)

  • Contact Information: first and last name, work email address, phone number, company name and job title when you request a demo, contact us or sign up for our Services.
  • Communication Data: records of our correspondence with you.

3.3 Website Visitor Data (As a Data Controller)

  • Technical Information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system.
  • Usage Information: pages you visited, time spent on pages, links clicked and other actions you take on our site, collected via cookies and similar technologies.

To build predictive AI models, optimise ad bidding, provide analytics and reporting to our Clients and enhance our platform’s features and accuracy.

To respond to your enquiries, schedule demos, send service-related updates and provide customer support.

To send you information about our Services, insights and events that we believe may interest you, where permitted by law. You may opt out at any time.

Security & Compliance

To protect our platform and users, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

We rely on the following lawful bases under the UK GDPR: performance of a contract, our legitimate interests (such as running and promoting our business and securing our platform), your consent (where required, e.g. for non-essential cookies and certain marketing) and compliance with legal obligations.

LTV Rocket does not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.
